Aspherical Lenses
The aspherical lenses can significantly correct spherical aberrations and enhance image quality comparing to spherical lenses.
Sometimes a complex multi-element spherical system can be replaced by one aspheric lens, to achieve a lighter and more compact optical system.
The design has higher transmittance and costs less than the multi-lens spherical design, especially in volume production.
We have extensive experience producing aspheric lenses for a broad variety of applications ranging from ophthalmic instruments and surgical devices, telescopes and cameras, laser equipments, metrology and analytical instruments, to defense applications.
Available manufacturing materials including optical glass, ZnSe, ZnS, BaF2, GaAs, and chalcogenide glass.
At Photonway Technology, quality control is essencial throughout the whole manufacturing process. We use metrology equipments including profilometers, laser interferometers and electron microscopes, which ensures that each precision lens achieves the appropriate form accuracy and surface quality at every manufacturing stage.
Inspection report will be provided along with shipment.
