Spherical Lenses
As most common element in optical design, singlet lenses are commonly used for beam focusing and beam collimation.
Available Configurations including Plano-Convex, Plano-Concave, Bi-Concave, Bi-Convex, Positive and Negative Meniscus.
We provide a wide selection of substrates to suit your specific needs, BK7, Fused Silica, N-SF11, Zinc Selenide, Calcium Fluoride, or Silicon.
Custom coatings are available upon request, in single or multi-layer applications.
When it comes to infrared applications in defense, security, environmental, medical, or agricultural fields, ZnSe, ZnS, BaF2, CaF2, MgF2, or germanium substrates are commonly chosen.
For visible wavelengths, we recommend Fused Silica from trusted brands Schott, Ohara, CDGM, or Corning.

With our stringent process control, each optic undergoes meticulous polishing to ensure excellent surface quality, precise surface accuracy, and optimal centrality. Inspection report will be provided along with shipment.
For prototypes through high volume production, we will rush samples for your evaluation, and not at extraordinary prices.
